The hotel is in a central location, close to the main restaurants, attractions, and town center. Very pretty Gloucestershire market town. Near a museum and a cathedral. I hope this helps!

Well, it was a lovely stay during our visit.

I had very good stay, the place is pleasant and upgraded!

Everything was really good, so were great views across the village green. The location was easy, near Victoria Pleasure Gardens. Moreover, it was just next door to local shops and restaurants, Tewkesbury, and river. ...  

The rooms here are brand-new, offering great value for money with amazing views, comfortable beds, full cooked hot breakfasts, and additional amenities like storage, a lounge.

It has brilliant position close to the river.

The hotel is situated in a marvelous and lovely location, perfect for visiting cafes and pubs. the staff are amiable and articulate. the rooms are functional and large, and the breakfast is plentiful. the restaurant is magnificent....  

The staff members were friendly and articulate. the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and a wake-up service. the view of the abbey was pleasant. the hotel is conveniently located near shops, a picturesque...  

The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, especially the perfectly poached eggs, and the suite we stayed in for a week was nicely decorated with amenities like a TV and kettle.

Excellent location , staff helpful , superb shower , good breakfast

Room was very tired , badly cleaned bathroom with body hair in the corner near the bath. My wife's Risotto was poor the rice being that of curry rice not risotto rice.

Perfect location for us. Hotel a bit worn but old building so can be tolerated.

The hotel is well-maintained and has a nice appearance. the room was well-kept and had enough space for getting ready and storing our gear. - the restaurant offered a very nice dining experience for both dinner and breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay at The Bell. It is very well located and we didn't need to move our car from when we arrived on Wednesday to leaving on Friday. The C.P. belongs to the hotel and we got a place, but parking place is not guaranteed and it is first come, first served. One reason why we didn't move the car out! The hotel is very close to the Abbey (beautiful) and lots of 'normal' shops. No chains, which made such a nice change. We would stay at the Bell, again. Nice helpful staff.

We really liked Tewkesbury and our Location was very good. We had two breakfasts, both very good. (I had a plate overflowing with scrambled egg and smoked salmon!) We also had one evening meal and a 'pub' lunch. We enjoyed the food and there was plenty of choice on the menu. It is not 'fine dining' but perfectly nice and there are some quite nice areas with armchairs suitable for a drink or light lunch.

Our room was in an annex so necessary to exit the hotel to get to it. It was well furnished and had plenty of creature comforts including ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc. Tea and coffee also provided.

Very friendly welcome,breakfast was very high standard and the staff were superb.location, as there for Tewkesbury festival, was spot on.bar had lovely atmosphere everywhere was spotless and the hotel is a beautiful building

Room on the ground floor so windows opened out on to a court yard where the smokers gathered so inevitably the smoke found it's way into the room.also window open at night didn't feel that safe.not applicable to rooms on other floors.
